The Arbitration Court of the region considered the claim of the state tax inspectorate on the liquidation of the IPhP “Autumn”. The lawsuit was motivated by the fact that the legislation allows the creation of legal entities only in those organizational and legal forms that are provided for by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (PPI is not one of those). The defendant, disagreeing with the requirement of the inspection, stated that part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation was put into effect on January 1, 1995, while the PPI was registered on December 15, 1994. By the decision of the arbitration court, the registration of the PPI was invalidated.
