Citizen Petrov died as a result of an industrial accident. Half a year before, he had made a will in which he bequeathed to his grandson Vasily Pai (a share) in the Victoria Production Cooperative, of which he was a member. After the death of his grandfather, Vasily appeared in a cooperative and asked to be included in the members of this cooperative. According to the decision of the general meeting of the Victoria cooperative, it was decided that Petrov’s grandson could not be accepted as a member of the cooperative due to the fact that the charter of the cooperative states that heirs cannot be accepted as members of the cooperative, but have the right to receipt of payment of the value of the hereditary share (share).
