Content: S19-426.docx 15,06 kB
Product description
Based on the results of verification of compliance with the legislation on the state civil service, the prosecutor made a presentation to the head of the state body on the dismissal of those civil servants who, by the decision of the certification committee, were found to be inappropriate for the replacement civil service posts.
The head of the state body did not agree with the submission of the prosecutor, believing that he had the right to do so. The prosecutor insisted that the head of the state body in this case violates the law on the state civil service.
What is your opinion? Assess the legitimacy of the actions of the prosecutor and the head of the state body.
