An agitated citizen ran into the precinct police officer´s room and reported that a woman of about sixty had fallen from a 5th floor window in a neighboring house. The police captain Tsygankov, informing the duty unit of the incident, arrived at the entrance of the indicated house, where the witnesses stated that the woman had been thrown out of the window.
The divisional rose to the floor and knocked on apartment no.123. Suddenly the door opened and an unknown person rushed at Tsygankov with an ax in his hand. Precinct shot at the attacker.
