At the end of World War II, a large number of technologically advanced equipment fought on the side of the German tank forces. Let their role be predetermined - nevertheless, their technological superiority was obvious. In this book will be a story about the advanced tanks of Germany just before the end of the war. Enough books and articles have been written about such a heavy tank like the Royal Tiger (KingTiger). It would seem almost impossible to find now some of his new photos that have not been published before. However, it was necessary to look for photos of the Culemeyer tractor - and the author immediately came across rare photos of the downed “Royal Tiger”, which are, of course, present in this edition. In addition to these photos in the book you will find an even greater description of rare German technology.
Another interesting factor for research is the anti-tank technology of Germany. American tankmen were most afraid of her, and not of tanks, and there were good reasons for this. American military intelligence thoroughly worked out the field information - according to her, the most dangerous anti-tank guns were 88 mm.
