Start a crime syndicate from scratch and turn it into a well-oiled financial machine. Build underground establishments and distilleries. Manage the production and distribution of resources. Smuggling and bribe the police. Gather a strong team and keep your opponents in your fist. Suppress any competition and subjugate the entire city. But the most important thing is to organize a stable cash flow.

In the courtyard of 1920, in the United States, a “dry law” is being adopted. As a result of the actions of Congress, a huge segment of the national economy becomes illegal in the blink of an eye: bars and saloons close, distilleries and breweries stop working, alcohol dealers are outlawed. But a new era is dawning: a golden age for smugglers, black markets, illegal manufacturing and organized crime.

This is where your story begins. You are new to the city at the dawn of Prohibition, you have the ambition and desire to succeed. Makeshift distilleries, secret loading docks, night-time underground bars are being built behind the many facades of the city. Get into this illegal network, and the whole world will be at your feet.

But don´t settle for a couple of dollars. Think big. Much larger.

well organized crime
Start the production of homemade booze, get your own moonshine stills and find raw materials for making alcohol. Learn new methods of making expensive drinks or smuggle imported booze to raise funds to grow your criminal business. Soon you will be supplying entire neighborhoods and opening your own underground bars.

Correct connections
On the black market, communications play no less a role than dollars. When cops and feds are roaming around, trust is everything, and the right acquaintances are worth their weight in gold. Make useful friends and make sure that those to whom you have rendered a favor put in a good word for you.

There is safety in numbers
To grow your business, make deliveries, and protect products from envious competitors, you will need a lot of accomplices. The ambitions of your criminal organization are only limited by the number of people working for you. Pay them, arm them, and keep order, and you´ll be successful before you know it.

And the walls have ears
But be careful - everything you do does not go unnoticed, and mafia members stand behind each other like a mountain. Whether you send your people to scare someone or, conversely, to help someone, keep in mind that your actions will have consequences.

Territory defense
As your empire expands, convince the locals that your goods and theirs will be taken care of. By establishing control over the territory, you will ensure the security of your network, get a base for income and many opportunities for further growth and development.

This city is full of opportunities - you just have to use them. But you have only a few years to leave your mark on history, build the largest and most profitable crime syndicate, defeat competitors and subjugate the entire city.
